Service-Based Business
Prozelondhel provides photography services rather than physical products. As such, our return policy applies to service cancellations and refunds rather than product returns.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel a scheduled photo session, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Note: Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance. Partial refunds may apply for cancellations made 24-48 hours before the session.
Gift Card Returns
Gift cards purchased from Prozelondhel are non-refundable once purchased. However, gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time for our photography services.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our photography services. If you are not satisfied with your session, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your images to discuss potential solutions.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your photo session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to find an alternative date that works for both parties.
